All our attorneys have very good experience in the general branches of law and are able to solve legal matters within the whole context. Regarding the continuous changes in legislation and a need for specialization, the individual members of the attorney office, however, more and more focus on a selected branch of law. An indisputable advantage is a substitutability of the individual attorneys within the law firm and a possibility to solve more complex judicial cases in team work.
A graduate from the Faculty of Law, Charles University of Prague. Her practice specializes mainly in the corporate law. She provides legal services related to establishment, change and dissolution of companies, as well as those related to change of the company legal form. In her advocate practice, she actively participated in the process of bankruptcy and settlement proceedings of significant regional companies and completed several mergers of companies, including those with foreign participation.
Besides the company law, she mostly deals with law of contracts and with respect to her previous legal practice, she can provide the clients with legal services in the area of criminal law, if required.

Mgr. Pavel Pěnkava, Attorney-at-law
Pavel Pěnkava completed the secondary studies of foreign trade and graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University of Prague. He is a member of the section for EU law, international law and international relationships of the Czech Bar Association. He is also a member of the European Advocacy-Law Network (ELAN) and an external associate of D.A.S., legal protection insurance company. Within the framework of the Academy of European Law, Trier, Pavel Pěnkava undertook series of seminars aimed at the defence and proceedings before the International Criminal Court. His practice is focused mainly on consultancy to foreign investors, corporate law, law of contracts and trade disputes and arbitration proceedings.
At the present, Pavel Pěnkava mainly pursues consultancy to significant foreign investors operating in the Czech Republic, including those related to the investment in Nošovice. He also realizes projects of foreign entities entry to the geological and mining market of the Czech Republic. In the past, he, for instance, successfully led the arbitration proceedings for protection of foreign investments in crude-oil and natural gas production in the Czech Republic.

Mgr. Petr Štross, Attorney-at-law
Petr Štross graduated from the Masaryk University in Brno in 2008. Within our law firm, he focuses on a corporate law including setting up, winding up and corporate changes of legal entities. He further deals with insolvency proceedings, including filing various motions for the commencement of insolvency proceedings on behalf of a debtor as well as of a creditor. He also deals with criminal law and law of contract in particular.

Mgr. Michal Mitura, Attorney-at-law
Michal Mitura graduated from the Masaryk University in Brno in 2009. Following his graduation he has worked as a junior lawyer in the law firm in Brno. Within our law firm, he focuses on a contractual law and a civil law in particular.

Mgr. Ing. Marek Schindler, Attorney-at-law
VGraduated the Faculty of Economy, Mining College – Technical University of Ostrava, with honours in 1998, study of finance. In 1998 – 2003, he studied the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University, where he graduated from the study of law with honours in 2003. He has been an employee of the attorney office of FMP advokátní kancelář v.o.s. since 2003. He was registered in the List of Attorneys-at-law held with the Czech Bar Association in 2006. He currently works in the attorney office as an employed attorney-at-law.
His legal practice is mostly focused on law of contracts in the area of civil and commercial law.

Mgr. Zuzana Růžičková, attorney-at-law
Zuzana has graduated in 2012 from Faculty of Law, Palacký University in Olomouc and then worked as a junior lawyer in a law firm in Liberec. She has been an employee in FMP law firm, v. o. s. since October 2012. In 2016 Zuzana has been registered in the List of Attorneys-at-law held with the Czech Bar Association. She currently works in our law firm as an employed attorney-at-law.
In her area of practice, Zuzana specializes particularly on commercial and civil obligations, corporate law, real property law and employment law.

Mgr. Jan Plinta, attorney-at-law
Jan graduated in 2016 from the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague, field of study Law and Jurisprudence. Jan has participated in ERASMUS+ Programme and completed an exchange study at the Manchester Metropolitan University – Faculty of Business and Law in Manchester.
In his area of practice, Jan specializes particularly on civil and commercial obligations and civil procedure. He also provides legal services in the area of family law, employment law and intellectual property law.
